Viticulture:
Method: aged in large format French Oak barrels with small amounts of concrete tank and new oak
Serving Suggestions: serve at 60-65F in a large burgundy glass
Age: drink 2025 - 2035
Nose: crushed pomegranate, orange peel, white pepper
Palate: silky, chalky tannins
Finish: precise, long and lingering flavors

Ron Denner set out on a mission to craft wines of elegance and precision in the late 1990s. While Napa Valley was in its heyday, he became enamored in the potential of Paso Robles for producing exquisite Rhone varieties. Today, Denner Vineyards boasts 130 acres to over 20 different grape varieties.
ABOUT THE WINE
This Denner Vineyard blend is highly fragrant with aromas of fresh red and blue fruits, spicecake and candied rose, joined in the glass by a building smokey element. Silky and seamless in texture, offering impressively concentrated and surprisingly lively black raspberry and boysenberry flavors that are given spine by a core of juicy acidity. Closes sweet, gently tannic and very long, featuring emphatic red fruit and lingering floral pastille notes.
