ABOUT Dailuaine Distillery

Dailuaine Distillery was first established by William Mackenzie in 1852 and by the end of the century was the largest distillery in Speyside. For a time, it partnered with Talisker to form Dailuaine-Talisker Distilleries LTD, however, the partnership dissolved after the distillery burned down in 1915. Shortly after, the distillery was resurrected by John Walker & James Buchanan. Today, it is owned by Diageo and supplies malt whisky for the Johnnie Walker blends.
