Join us for our first ever Brew Madness Bier Pairing Dinner! You've been blind tasting some fantastic beers over the last few weeks, and now it's come down to this, the Final Four. Chef Alex and his crew have come up with some incredible dishes to pair with your favorite beers of the tournament:Piney River Brewing Company Walnut Wheat, Public House Brewing Company: St James #ElusiveIPA, Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout. The Odd Balls have not finished their voting yet, so we're going to keep that round a secret until we get closer to the dinner.
Now, for the important stuff....the menu!
First Course (let's get comfy):
Piney River Brewing Co - Black Walnut Wheat
Paired with: Homemade crostini with black walnut butter, smoked olives, and arugula.
Second Course (now we're settled):
Public House Brewing - Elusive IPA
Paired with: Roasted celery root with citrus segments, parmigiang-reggiano, pickled mushroom, and crispy leek chips.
Third Course (in the groove):
Left Hand Brewing - Nitro Milk Stout
Paired with: "Melted Tamale" - Slow-braised pork with mole and a creamy polenta topped with fresh avocado, radicchio, and lime queso fresco.
Fourth Course (close it down):
